Orders and dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Each publication is packed by hand in York, England. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and when it has been dispatched.


Delivery

UK and international orders are sent through Royal Mail using an untracked standard service. Postage costs appear at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by postal delays, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges applied in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the publication or the postage paid at checkout.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, further postage may be required before it can be sent again.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please get in touch through the contact page.


Pre-orders

Pre-orders dispatch from the publication date stated on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both a pre-order and an available publication, the items will usually be sent together once the pre-ordered publication is ready.


Cancellations and returns

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting the press as soon as possible.

You may also cancel an online purchase within fourteen days of receiving it. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further fourteen days to return the publication.

Returned publications should be carefully packed and kept in the condition in which they were received. You may examine a publication as you would in a shop, but a deduction may be made where unnecessary handling has reduced its value.

Unless the publication is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend keeping proof of posting.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the returned order, or evidence that it has been sent. The refund will include the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any additional charge for an enhanced delivery service will not be refunded.

To cancel an order, use the contact page and include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.


Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If a publication arrives damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, please get in touch as soon as possible. Photographs of the parcel and publication may help us resolve the problem.

Where possible, a replacement will be sent. Because our publications appear in limited editions, a replacement may not always be available. In that case, a refund will be issued.

Reasonable return postage will be covered where an incorrect, damaged or faulty publication must be sent back.


Privacy

Analog Submission Press collects only the personal information needed to process orders, respond to enquiries and operate the shop. This may include your name, email address, postal address, order details and any information you provide through the contact form.

Order information is used to:


The shop is hosted by Big Cartel. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Analog Submission Press does not receive or store your complete card or payment-account details.

Information may also be shared, where necessary, with Royal Mail or another delivery provider. It may be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.

Personal information is not sold or rented.

Order records are kept only for as long as they are needed to fulfil orders, resolve problems and meet legal or accounting obligations. General correspondence is retained only while it remains relevant.

If you subscribe to The Small Run, your email address is processed through Buttondown and used only to send the newsletter. Shop customers are not added automatically. You may unsubscribe through the link included in each issue.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Please use the contact page to make a request.
