Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase. Pre-orders dispatch from the stated release date.

Shipping
UK orders are sent via standard or tracked services as selected at checkout. International orders are sent via Royal Mail standard or tracked services. Tracked orders include delivery confirmation.

Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or postal delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch.

Returns and Refunds

Sales
Due to the limited nature of our editions, sales are final.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement where possible or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Customer information is used solely to process and fulfil orders. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. Analog Submission Press does not store payment details.
